For Users of app.grado.works:
Access is limited to registered schools and authorized users.
Users agree to:

- Use the platform only for legitimate educational or administrative purposes
- Comply with school policies and applicable laws
- Not interfere with or attempt to breach system security
For Users of care.grado.works:
Users agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content through the Grado Service Desk, and not to include personal or confidential information unrelated to the issue being reported. Intelimina reserves the right to remove or redact such content when necessary to maintain system integrity or legal compliance.
Account Management and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.
Intelimina reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, security breaches, or violations of school or system policies.
School Data Ownership
All academic and student records processed through Grado remain the property of the respective school or institution. Intelimina acts only as a data processor and does not claim ownership of such data.
Service Availability
While Intelimina strives to maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance or updates as needed.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Application
- Data loss or service interruption beyond our reasonable control
The Service Desk is provided for technical assistance and communications related to Grado. Intelimina is not responsible for any data loss or unauthorized disclosure arising from information voluntarily included by users in support tickets or attachments.
