This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information obtained through the Website, Application, the Service Desk, and all Grado-operated subdomains and related portals.

- For registered users of https://app.grado.works and https://care.grado.works – to enable secure access to your institution’s Grado instance, process academic and administrative transactions, generate reports and analytics, maintain system security and integrity, and provide technical and account support.
Intelimina may also use aggregated or anonymized information for statistical analysis, service improvement, and system monitoring.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or trade personal data.
We may share limited information with:
- Authorized personnel of the user’s school or institution

Application user data (e.g., grades, accounts, enrollment history) are retained as directed by the partner school and in accordance with academic record-keeping requirements.
